The Aboriginal Life Circle is an organization that hopes to communicate an important message of hope to all citizens of Canada and every other country:

Aboriginal people believe that the unborn are sacred.

Aboriginal leaders from across the nation are adding their voice to this important cause.

With suicide rates higher then they have ever been, our communities need to hear that life
is important.

By speaking with an organized single voice Aboriginal people can change the course of

history.

The Creator, in Divine Providence, allowed the tribes of the First Peoples and Inuit to be the ones that would watch over, nurture and steward this land that is now called Canada (Kanata). Our people have always taken this to be a serious responsibiltiy.

.

At the core of this responsibility has always considerations for the future generations. In our traditions, reflected through many tribes, life has always been seen as sacred from conception.

.

With the emerging restoration of our people in this seventh generation since the white man dawned the shores of Turtle Island, and a new page of history being turned in June 2008 with the Federal Government's apology to our peoples for the abuses of the Residential schools, we believe it is time for our voices which have been so often silenced to speak on behalf of this land. Our message is a message of truth and hope.

.

Our message is a message of restoration and healing. Our message is a message of protection and security for the most vulnerable. Our message is a message of life.

.

Furthermore, with abortion rates being the highest among our First Nations regions, it is time for us to speak of the devastation of this modern day horror that is not only destroying the helpless but leaving so many aboriginal men, women and youth in the wreckage of the negative emotional effects of abortion.
